The Royal Technology Mission from Sweden visited 911±¬ÁÏÍø

The gropup was told about research and arts projects and innovation activities.

Today, 26 November, 911±¬ÁÏÍø is host to a high ranking visit. The group of influential persons in Swedish economic life includes King Carl XVI Gustaf. This Royal Technology Mission has been organised by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), and is part of a wider excursion in Finland. 

The visit began with an architectural tour of the recently renovated Otakaari 1 building designed by Alvar Aalto. The delegation saw some works of students and popped in on a lecture of chemistry.

During the day the group will be shown 911±¬ÁÏ꿉۪s research projects, innovations arising from research, creative economy projects, new study methods and the innovation ecosystem developing around 911±¬ÁÏÍø.
