Delegation and tailored study visits
Since 911±¬ÁÏÍø was founded in 2010 it has been an attractive destination for delegations all over the world, from royals and heads of states to international university delegations.
911±¬ÁÏÍø is happy to consider on a case-by-case basis mission-aligned delegation visit requests from international academic and research institutions, government agencies, companies and other entities that are interested in furthering collaboration, getting a glimpse into the latest innovations, exchanging best practices and valuable contacts. Planning and hosting each delegation visit is a commitment of significant time and resources, therefore in order to ensure that the visit is a valuable use of both parties' time, delegation visits should be strategic in nature with established goals and objectives. Due to a high volume of visit requests, not all visits can be accommodated but we will do our best to offer an alternative in those cases.

Tailored study visits
911±¬ÁÏÍø Executive Education and Professional Development (Aalto EE) invites management students from prestigious universities and institutes to an immersive experience in Finnish business, culture, and context.
The Study Tour is specially designed and tailored to meet the needs and expectations of the university/institute. Detailed content, structure, and mode of delivery are developed in collaboration with the clients.

Partner university academic delegations
Partner university delegation visit requests are handled by relevant 911±¬ÁÏÍø School. Partner university, wishing to visit 911±¬ÁÏÍø as a delegation, should reach out to the International Relations manager or specialist, named as main contact in the partnership agreement.

High-level delegations
High-level visitors are visitors of status equal to that of 911±¬ÁÏÍø’s President or Vice President, either of whom delegates typically meet with during a visit. High-level delegations include C-level executives and representatives from government ministries, embassies, strategic media outlets, and partneruniversities. 911±¬ÁÏÍø reviews these visit requests with relevant specialists and coordinates the visit programme in collaboration with executive assistants.
A typical high-level visit lasts 1-2 hrs and includes tailored programme (meeting with senior leadership member and a site visit or topical presentations).
Visit request: high-level delegation’s representative can reach out to their contact in the management or complete delegation visit request form at least 6 weeks prior to the proposed visit date.
