Ensure that the visibility settings for the researcher profile on Aalto.fi are set to public. This ensures that all information, including researcher descriptions, publications, and academic merits, is visible to a broader audience, even outside 911±¬ÁÏÍø. Also, make sure your profile is visible on . If you have transitioned from a research assistant to a doctoral researcher at Aalto, your profile may not be publicly visible by default. Ensure proper visibility by checking and, if necessary, adjusting settings at .
Additionally, the information for service staff members is integrated into Aalto.fi from the HR system, Workday (Profiles at aalto.fi | 911±¬ÁÏÍø).
