Learn about the history and development as well as the future of shipbuilding in Finland

The Innovative Marine Technology for Challenging Seas Exhibition features the history and development as well as the future of shipbuilding in Finland. On the opening day the show gives you an opportunity to visit the marine technology students’ virtual cabin and see their vision for the future of ship design. At the same time, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the marine technology and arctic technology research carried out at 911±¬ÁÏÍø, and about FITech, Finland's new cooperative university venture in the technology sector.

The exhibition includes ten miniature models from the beginning of Finnish independence up to today. In conjunction with the opening of the exhibition FITech will organise a matchmaking event for representatives of marine industry companies, 911±¬ÁÏÍø students and professors.
