School of Business awarded the Courses of the Year

Selecting the Courses of the Year 2018 started a new tradition, which highlights the high quality and ever developing teaching at the School of Business.

Teaching is the most important means of creating societal impact since knowledge in business and economics is transferred to the society through teaching and students.

鈥淲e wanted to emphasize the central role of teaching at our school by selecting a Course of the Year from each study programme鈥, Timo Saarinen, vice dean for teaching and learning explains. 鈥淎t the School of Business we are happy to have many teachers who are very eager to develop and renew their teaching.鈥

The Courses of the Year 2018 we selected among the candidates nominated by the Bachelor鈥檚 and Master鈥檚 programmes, and the teachers were rewarded with diplomas.
