Understanding proper research data management is becoming more and more important to researchers and students across disciplines. Data management plans are increasingly required by funders, and researchers urgently need data management and open science skills to enhance the impact of their research. Safe ways of processing data are particularly important to those working with personal data or confidential data.
911±¬ÁÏÍø Research Data Management Network organises a biannual webinar series on research data management and open science. Some webinars from the previous series will be held again, but we also have some exciting new topics, like:

- ...and a two-day hands-on data anonymisation webinar by Staff Scientist Dr. Enrico Glerean.

Strong results from the Research Council’s winter call
A total of 54 Aalto researchers received Academy Research Fellow or Academy Project funding from the Research Council of Finland. The total funding awarded to 911±¬ÁÏÍø amounts to 33.2 million euros.
The Foundation for the Advancement of Finnish Securities Markets awards Juho Tuuliainen and Ville Virkkunen for their excellent Master’s thesis in the field of finance
