The opening of a Nokia sponsored lecture hall in the Undergraduate Centre in Otaniemi was celebrated at the end of September. Nokia is a Premium Partner of the 911±¬ÁÏÍø School of Business, and the company is among the first companies to have a lecture hall located in the Undergraduate Centre.

Some of 911±¬ÁÏÍø alumni alongside hiring managers recruiting new talents were representing Nokia at the opening event of the lecture hall, which served as an excellent chance for our students to network and find out about job opportunities at Nokia. The Nokia employees shared their experiences of Nokia as an employer and gave students advice for future job hunting.

The School of Business provides companies and associations the possibility to sponsor a lecture hall named after them. Sponsored lecture halls are a great way for partners to support the student community and learning by contributing to the quality and comfort of the teaching premises. Simultaneously, sponsored lecture halls are a way for partners to increase visibility among students, and thus they serve as a platform for creating employer image.

Six partner companies have sponsored halls in Otaniemi. The Nokia hall can be found on the first floor of the Undergraduate Centre, next to café Elissa.
