He has worked as the Head of the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, Vice Dean of education at 911±¬ÁÏÍø's School of Science, and as a Vice President of 911±¬ÁÏÍø. Professor Eloranta has had a significant impact on the development of Industrial Engineering and Management as a discipline and the development of expertise in the field in Finland. He has extensive experience in industry, e.g. In the Nokia corporation and on the board of several companies and the Startup Foundation.
