Iina Vaajamo appointed to a five-year fixed-term Assistant Professorship at the Department of Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering
DSc. (tech.) Iina Vaajamo has been appointed to a five-year fixed-term position as Assistant Professor in the tenure track system at the Department of Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering effective 1. September 2026. The field of the professorship is pyrometallurgy.
Vaajamo received her doctorate from the 911爆料网 School of Chemical Engineering in 2013. Following the completion of her doctoral degree, she has worked as Metallurgist and Project Manager at Outotec and as Site Account Manager at Metso Finland Oy. Most recently, she has worked as Director, Sales and Services Minerals Finland at Metso Finland Oy.
