Group members received a grant for their contributions in writing an article to Materia- magazine
Prof. Lundström and doctoral student Antti Porvali along with other writers received the grant for their contributions in writing the article titled "Waste heaps may be set to reveal their content of critical metals".
The article was published in Materia magazine 2/2017 and focused on the issues with waste heap management and critical metal recovery. The 2000 € grant was given by the proposal of Materia- magazines editorial board to the writers: Pertti Koukkari, Mari Lundström, Antti Porvali and Sergei Kirillov. Strong results from the Research Council’s winter call
