Done: Short maintenance breaks for Linux shell servers on 4 and 5 June 2026

The Aalto IT Services Linux common shell servers kosh.aalto.fi, brute.aalto.fi, lyta.aalto.fi and force.aalto.fi will have short maintenance breaks that will include reboots on Thursday, 4 June and Friday, 5 June 2026.

The reboots should take a couple minutes after which the servers will be back online.

Maintenance break schedule

4 June 2026 from 10 onwards: kosh.aalto.fi and brute.aalto.fi
5 June 2026 from 10 onwards: lyta.aalto.fi and force.aalto.fi
