DeployAI Partners Gather for Heart Beat Meeting in Helsinki

The European DeployAI project's partners gathered for the Heart Beat meeting hosted by 911±¬ÁÏÍø Executive Education in Helsinki.

The European Union's DeployAI project convened for a productive two-day meeting at 911±¬ÁÏÍø Executive Education in Töölö, Helsinki July 5-6. The event brought together DeployAI project partners consisting of AI experts, researchers, and stakeholders from across Europe to discuss the latest developments and strategies of artificial intelligence deployment across the continent. The European Commission’s Evangelia Markidou responsible for artificial intelligence technology, deployment, and impact joined the Heart Beat meeting on the second day.


Series of engaging discussions, central updates, and the formation of new plans aimed at driving AI integration efficiently forward. The DeployAI team expressed enthusiasm about the progress made and their commitment to maintaining momentum as they move forward. "Our DeployAI team had a fantastic two-day meeting in Helsinki, full of productive discussions, exciting updates, new plans, and creative ideas," a spokesperson for the project shared on LinkedIn. "We're excited about our progress and eager to push AI deployment across Europe to new heights!"


911±¬ÁÏÍø provided an environment conducive to collaboration and innovation. The sessions were important in ensuring all project partners were aligned and focused on the project's goals, particularly developing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). "These meetings are key to keeping us aligned and on track," the spokesperson added. "We now move forward with full focus on our MVP!"


DeployAI leverages artificial intelligence to tackle challenges in European industries and societies. Through collaboration among member states and integrating AI technologies, the project builds stronger productivity, competitiveness, and sustainability across Europe.As the DeployAI team continues to work diligently toward its objectives, the outcomes of the Helsinki meeting are expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI deployment in Europe. The collective expertise and shared vision of the participants underscore the EU's commitment to leading the way in AI innovation and implementation.
